Performance Testing with VALD Technology

Data-Driven Athlete Development
At Elite Strength + Performance, athletes don’t just train — they measure progress with real performance data.

Using VALD Force Plate technology, we track key performance metrics to better understand how athletes move, produce force, and improve over time.
This allows us to provide objective feedback and measurable results for athletes and parents.

What We Measure

VALD testing allows us to evaluate:

  • Jump height and explosive power
  • Rate of force development
  • Landing mechanics and symmetry
  • Lower body strength output
  • Reactive strength and elasticity

These insights help guide training progressions and identify areas athletes need to improve.

Why This Matters for Athletes

Data-driven testing helps athletes:

  • Track real performance improvements
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses
  • Improve explosiveness and power
  • Reduce injury risk
  • Train more effectively
Progress You Can See

Athletes at Elite SP regularly see improvements in:

  • Strength
  • Jump performance
  • Sprint ability
  • Power output
  • Movement efficiency

VALD testing provides clear data showing how athletes are improving throughout their training cycles.
